Returns and Refunds
– DEEPIN ensures our products are the same as photos and descriptions in the website. Customers therefore will not check the products before payment.
– Products are only refundable if they are defective from the manufacturer, from shipping or DEEPIN staff’s mistake.
– Products can be changed to another size (if available) .
– Not support changing to another product.
– For the orders in returnable and refundable policy, please customers contact us via hotline, Instagram page or DEEPIN fanpage within 24 hours after the transporter confirms a successful delivery.
– The cost of products’ exchanging is paid by customer.
– Products in Sale’s program is not applied for return and refund policy.
– Note: products with tags, invoices still on them and unused products.
